I am a hard working respected professional and I request that all my clients agree to sign an exclusive buyers agreement. What this does is protect both our interests in the home buying experience. Unlike most people that go to work every day and expect to get paid, our profession is different, I go to work every day in the hope of getting paid. Realtors are self employed contractors who represent a real estate brokerage, our expenses happen everyday regardless of whether we get paid or not. I don't get paid unless I facilitate a successful purchase or sale of real estate.
